Sometimes you just lose interest. Sometimes better shows come along. Sometimes life is life. Here’s a listing of shows that I stopped watching for one reason or another. Most of the time life just gets busy and the need to prioritize my time bumps a few shows off my radar. At one point they all held my interest, but . . . moving on.
Downton Abbey
Update 04/24/17: I don’t think I’ll finish this one. I’m not sure why, but I just lost interest 🙁 .
Still behind on this one, but I did manage to get in a few more episodes so I finally got to watch the saddest episode yet! I mean, sniffs Matthew? Really? I thought Sable’s death did me in, but deep sighs. I had to pause an episode or two after that one to wrap my head around it and give my heart a break.
Marco Polo
Update 04/24/17: And it happened. I lost interest. So this one is on a long-term pause.

And I can’t believe Netflix is taking forever to give us season two. I’m getting anxious. Hopefully, it comes out soon or I’ll lose interest.
Once Upon A Time
Update 04/24/17: I am so sad to have this one on stop, but for whatever reason, I can’t bring myself to return to it. Sighs. Such a good story. Emma and Hook forever! Maybe one day I’ll get back on it.

Oh goodness, I’ve got this one on pause as well. For some reason, I couldn’t bring myself to watch Emma go dark. Or, more correctly, I couldn’t watch Hook loose Emma. He’s come such a long way and I was hoping the writers would let them be happy for a bit longer than whoosh! She’s tornado-ed into another world. sighs. I know I’m missing out on some good story lines this season, but … I had to pause it.
Reign
Update 04/24/17: I just couldn’t bring myself to return to this one. Sighs. So sorry. It was such a good story, but for whatever reason, I thought it started to slow down a bit when [su_spoiler title=”#SpoilerAlert” style=”fancy” icon=”plus-circle”]Francis starts to get sick and has requested his brother Mary once he dies. [/su_spoiler] I mean, I just couldn’t watch it after that. If they bring back the Bash and Mary storyline . . . maybe. But I think I’m going to cut my losses.

And this one too! I paused this one because … because …. I don’t want Francis to die! In my head, it’s better to have Mary and Francis finally back together, sorry Conde fans, and then I see him faint in the church? I have to steel myself before I get back into this one.
Sleepy Hollow
Update 04/24/17: As mentioned below, this one may be put on pause indefinitely and here’s me confirming that it has. I just can’t do it.

This one has gone on pause for me and that may be indefinite. [su_spoiler title=”#SpoilerAlert” style=”fancy” icon=”plus-circle”] When I saw the episode where Ichabod’s son returns, yet again, I just couldn’t deal. [/su_spoiler] The story line just got dragged on too much for my liking and I haven’t had the courage to return. And after reading reviews about this season’s story lines? Yeah, I’m not sure if I’m brave enough.
Witches of East End
Update 04/24/17: Yeah, okay. After realizing they only made it to season two, I cut my losses after watching season one. I may decided to move on to season two, but it’s not a high priority on my list so I’m keeping it at stop for now.
