I mentioned the return of Royal Pains and I am so excited for this season.

Talk about jumping right in! What a season opener!
We have an onslaught of things going on in S7x1.
Recap: HankMed is now running a hospital! I mean, how cool is that?! We see Mrs. Newberg’s return, which is a character I love. Evan and Paige buy a house. Diviya is put in a compromising dilemma, and Jeremiah is … well, Jeremiah.
What a season opener! Okay, I said that already. Sorry, but it was kind of big. First things first, Divya. I need to get this out of the way because, well, it was kind of a big thing Divya leaving Shasi in the car to save a life. There is so much controversy surrounding this that I won’t get into it in this post, but I just needed to mention this little elephant before moving on. Also, I can’t shake this feeling that there’s a lot of foreshadowing going on regarding Hank and possible the return of … *drum roll* … Jill! I mean, Mrs. Newborn shows up, Evan makes the reference “who would have thought I’d have Jill’s position,” Charlotte not accepting his proposal. There just seems … yeah, foreshadowing. And if it is, I’ve got to be honest and say that I have mix feelings bout this.
And Divya and Raj?! Nice. Mixed feeling about this as well.
As for their medical emergencies, you’ve gotta love the drama.
I’m so glad these guys are back for another season. I really am. It’s a good show and I like that it branches out into concierge medicine vice a hospital setting, per se. The whole medical scene isn’t for me, but I can handle when the doctor makes house calls.
So, I’m excited for this season. I really am. So much going on. Old and new coming together to form a whole new story … awesome!
And I know this is sort of rushed, because it is, but that’s because things are kind of a whirlwind. And as whirlwind-y (Lol, I know that’s made up … probably) as it is, I really wanted to post my thoughts about this season, regarding Season 7.
I can’t wait to see how this summer pans out!
