It’s what I’ve always thought myself. Technology is great. I mean, we’re able to connect with family halfway across the world at little or no cost. Instantly, mind you. We can share our daily lives through pictures and posts with family and friends even though we don’t see each other everyday.
But, there’s always a catch. Always a payoff. And Kenneth is right, people are bored. We’ve come so efficient, too efficient. We forgot how to hold a conversation, how to be productive, how to have hobbies, or how to have healthy entertainment. Addictive behaviors have skyrocketed; drugs, work, pornography, video gaming.
We’re bored. It’s sad to observe, but hopefully with enough reeducation we can get back on track.
