There are more and more consultants targeting businesses to contract out their social media services. Over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed a large number of these "social media" marketing companies violating terms of use for Facebook and Twitter. Of course to those who do not know some of the basics, you could find yourself paying a "consultant" to have your account deactivated or suspended.
Everyone I know have either used or is currently using at least one form of social media. Most people I know are using multiple social media platforms. It's good to see an article that sums up the impact social media can have an on your business. When used correctly, it can truly enhance your business' bottom-line.
